Manchester Housing Authority provides income based housing for qualified families and individuals wishing to live in Manchester, TN.

We have family units consisting of 1, 2, 3, or 4 bedroom in a duplex setting and also have an elderly/disabled single story apartment complex consisting of studio, 1, and 2 bedroom units.

If you would like an application for housing please stop by the office during office hours to pick one up, or message us and I will attach one in pdf form for you to download and print from your computer. Applications are accepted back two Tuesdays per month by appointment only....please call the office to schedule your appointment.

We strive to provide one of the safest, well maintained low-income rental properties in the area. We have a playground at our family units and plant a community garden every year to try and provide our families with fresh, healthy, homegrown vegetables throughout the summer.

Also on the property is a wonderful program for school age children called All God's Children. It was founded and run by an all volunteer staff, many of them teachers and other employees of our local education system. They offer after school snacks and homework help as well as many other wonderful programs throughout the year.
