Manchester Housing Authority is one of two public housing agencies in Coffee County, TN (the other being Tullahoma Housing Authority).  Manchester Housing Authority offers INCOME-BASED housing to low-income families and elderly/disabled. 

We have 70 units total: 25 ground level duplexes with apartments sizes ranging from 1 to 4 bedroom (50 family apartments total) and we also have a separate 24-apartment elderly/disabled complex on Short Street with apartment sizes ranging from studio to 2 bedrooms. 

All of our apartments are conveniently located, minutes from I-24 exit 111, and close to shopping, schools and churches and minutes from Manchester’s downtown square.
